Processing times vary by model and may be longer when services are busy. Refresh the page and check the task status in My Creations before submitting it again. Once the system confirms that a task has failed or timed out, the credits deducted for that task are automatically returned.
Go to Settings → Billing & Subscription → Manage Subscription to cancel. Complete the cancellation before your next billing date to stop future automatic renewals.
Under the current Refund Policy, all of the following conditions must be met: the request is submitted within 7 days of purchase, no more than 100 credits have been used, and fewer than 10 tasks have been submitted on the account in total. Final eligibility is subject to the full Refund Policy and the review outcome.

Clearly describe the subject, scene, style, composition, lighting, and aspect ratio in your prompt, and avoid conflicting instructions. To keep a person, product, or visual style consistent, upload clear reference images or compare results from different models.
