Refund Policy

nanobananapro.org is committed to providing users with a good experience. We understand that circumstances may change and that you may need to request a refund. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must meet all of the following conditions:

• Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• Credit Usage: No more than 100 credits may have been used. If more than 100 credits have been used, you are not eligible for a refund regardless of how recently the purchase was made.
• Number of Task Submissions: The total number of tasks submitted by the account must not reach or exceed 10.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We will be unable to process a refund request if any of the following applies:

• The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the purchase.
• More than 100 credits have been used.
• The account has submitted a total of 10 or more tasks.
• Charges resulting from automatic subscription renewals (you may cancel future renewals, but renewal charges for the current billing period are non-refundable).
• Your account has been suspended, restricted, or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Cryptocurrency Payments

All purchases made using cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable.

Because blockchain transactions are irreversible and may involve related network and processing fees, we are unable to provide refunds for cryptocurrency payments regardless of whether other refund conditions are met. This applies to payments made using, including but not limited to, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, and other cryptocurrencies.

Before choosing to pay with cryptocurrency, please make sure that you fully understand our services, pricing, and applicable refund policy, and confirm that your purchase information is correct before completing the payment.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@nanobananapro.org with the subject line: “Refund Request”.
2. Please include the following information in your email:
   • The email address associated with your account;
   • Proof of purchase (such as an order screenshot, payment record, or payment receipt);
   • Purchase date;
   • Reason for requesting a refund.
3. After you submit your request, our team will review it and will typically respond with the review result within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund request has been approved:

• The refund will be returned to the payment method originally used for the purchase;
• Depending on the processing speed of your bank or payment service provider, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to arrive;
• Once the refund is approved, credits associated with the relevant order will be deducted from your account.

6. Refund Processing Fee

For orders that qualify for a refund, a 5% refund processing fee will be deducted to cover payment processing costs and related fees incurred during the original transaction and refund process.

Additionally, the 5% refund processing fee described above includes a donation associated with carbon neutrality initiatives. This portion is donated through Stripe Climate at the time of payment and used to support climate and carbon removal projects, so it cannot be refunded as part of an order refund.
